FEDADi is configured as a federation of associations linked on a voluntary basis.
The common aims of the federation are to establish exchanges of opinions and experiences between the principals of public schools; to promote initiatives for the improvement, updating and consideration of educational leadership; to defend and develop the pedagogical, organisational and management autonomy of schools; to contribute to the professionalisation and prestige of educational leadership; and to defend the public school as a guarantee of social cohesion and equal opportunities.
