Schoolleiders VO (School Leaders Secondary Education) aims to strengthen the role and position of the school leader in The Netherlands. We do this by connecting school leaders with colleagues and offering them space and tools to continue to develop professionally. We also encourage connections between school leaders, administrators and other policymakers and strive to strengthen the voice of school leaders in policy-making. We also look for ways to make the school leadership profession even more attractive in the future.

By learning from and with each other, we strengthen the profession, on an individual and collective level, and together create strong school leadership.
