Inclusion for preventing early school leaving and ensuring completion of the highest possible level of Education.

Overall the project intends to help educational organizations, in particular schools, to deploy strategies both in the classroom as well as within diverse communities in society, to create inclusive environments for youth in schools in order to develop their sense of belonging in school, their communities and society. Improving social and educational engagement in the classroom will enhance the level of aspiration to improve access to, participation in and completion of education up to any type of Tertiary Education, of learners from diverse and often disadvantaged groups.

The project objectives are planned to be achieved by:

  • Creating a database of programmes & initiatives which enhance access to, participation in and completion of education from across Europe
  • Screening the database for evidence of a causal link between the initiatives and improvements in equity for their target groups.
