The main goal of establishing the Union is that schools and boarding schools become interlocutors of the MES and other institutions in the field of education in the development of the school system, and not only obedient performers of the educational process. In order to achieve this objective, of course, there is a need for mutual readiness, with not only a formal signature of a charter of cooperation, but also concrete actions.
