Among other things, the school leader association works to improve the members’ pay and working conditions, to provide members with qualified sparring, advice and guidance on both pedagogical and professional issues and to ensure professional case processing also in personal cases.

Therefore, we also want to promote the members’ opportunities for qualified education and training and to support the members in the best possible way of managing the task.

As a member you can at any time contact the school leader’s secretariat and get advice with management angles whether it is a concrete problem or need for sparring on general management issues.
