Bio-Streams has officially joined forces with eight other cutting-edge projects to form OBEClust: the European Cluster of Obesity Research Projects.
These nine EU-funded projects, with a combined budget of €80 million, work together to tackle the obesity crisis in Europe. This partnership focuses on identifying risk factors, promoting prevention and behavioural interventions, and developing personalised solutions.
The projects cover different aspects, from childhood obesity to lifestyle interventions and the relationship between nutrition and non-communicable diseases. OBEClust aims for impactful, evidence-based solutions and improved collaboration between researchers.
