School leaders making a difference

The biennial ESHA Conference will be held in Dubrovnik, Croatia, October 25-27, 2023. School leaders from all over Europe will come together in a vibrant, learning environment with the opportunity for sharing experiences, collegial support, mutual networking and building new professional collaborations, partnerships and friendships.

The conference theme is “School leaders making a difference”. As school leaders we face many challenges. We can learn from each other how to address these challenges in a better way and work together to develop a strategy that enables us to make a real difference in our schools and educational systems.

In addition to special lectures and workshops, all participants are offered a visit to educational institutions in the city of Dubrovnik to learn about the cultural and natural heritage of the Dubrovnik region.
